day 128..70 outside again this monring..just got back from 2.5 mile walk..kinda humid out at 6am..probably gonna be another hot one today...

breakfast: tuna, 8oz water
2.5 mile walk
8oz water
1/2 hour of lifting weights
protein shake
8oz water
2 slices of wheat bread
2 slices of cured ham low sodium lean only
8oz water
butter pecan frozen low fat yogart
salad, tomatoes, jalapeno, and tuna..
fat free ranch sald dressing
8oz water
low fat,no sugar yogart

-----------------calories burned 973

thats it for today
