I'm happy! Was worried with the week of sneaking in some pizza, a bad day Tuesday, and indulging in some chocolates. However, I finally got in my October goal of reaching the 170's. I was hoping for 179, so 177.8 was an even bigger surprise!! :)
No one can tell I've lost weight yet other than my parents. Starting my 8th week it's a total of 14 lbs. I explained to my friend that the weight seems to be coming off in different spots. A little in my face, some of my shoulders of all strange places, a little in the arms, and the stomach. I think since it's coming off in different spots, it's not noticable to others yet --- but perhaps coming from different sections may be even better since it's not all in one spot?
