Welcome to Motivational Monday! Today, I begin my Holiday Challenge: 8 weeks (till Dec 16) plus a 14 day Countdown to 2020 Challenge (Dec 17-31) - join me! I want to ring in 2020 with the healthiest body possible. I have been off track for basically 2 months, losing some inches and a few pounds but I stalled my progress. Today is the day to get back at it with a fresh focus & increased activity. These next 10 weeks will be exciting! :)

Funny I have been slacking and decided that today was the day to get back in gear. I hope you do well. I need exercise badly so need to gear myself up for that.
