Diario de loosinisfun, 13 ago. 10

weight is up today...i expected it from all the salty stuff i ate yesterday...goooooood morning everyone... just a small set back...it happens ...time to drink lots of water and flush it out an move on...kept up and going yesterday ...after my bike ride around town...went to walmart...then come home an cut grass...to hot to weedeat it..so need to do that today...still under a heat advisory till tomow i think...after the yard work...got inside to cool off an eat lunch...then took mom to another grocery store...and then....got back inside and cleaned up an just layed around rest of the day...to tired to get up an do anything else...slept a solid 8 hours last night...back up this morning rested and going for a morning bike ride to get my day started out right and then get rest of the yard work done...then another day spent inside and outta the heat...i do love the summer time...but not all the humidity...but so hot for so many days...makes it hard to want to get out in it to do my workouts and anything else i need to do...well....need to get this body up...and eat breakfast and then get ready for my morning bike ride...get up an moving before my mind talks my body into just crawling back into bed...lol...yes im rested...but....still tired....have aaaaaaaa greattttttttttttttt day....
