You can do it! 

We don't care how you get back. Crawl or Walk just as long as you get here when you need us. It's a lot of food out there and it's hard sometimes to stay the course when you have so many different foods to decide from. You did the right thing by coming back when you need that extra encouragement! We are all still here struggling to get to the finish line. 20lbs won't be too hard to accomplish. You will get there and we will help you. Welcome Back! 

Welcome back! Well said Mandie! It only matters that you COME BACK! It's easy to put that weight back on but the devil to get it off! I'm sick right now, and I'm scared outta my mind that I'm going to "undo" all the good my diet did me!!! But my bday is DEC 14th and I'd like to be at my goal weight by then...so we have similar goals! I will be back on my diet as soon as I heal up!!! Shoot me an e-mail if you'd like!
