Diario de greenfae, 18 jul. 08

Day 1

I've lost count of how many times I've said that this is a fresh start. Starting over is what I'm good at. Failing is something I'm also good at. This time I want to set it up so I wont fail. I hope to do this by setting small, achieveable targets each week. Target setting and reviewing to happen on a Friday. Not sure why Friday. Because it's Friday today I guess. After a while I'll also set monthly targets.

Week 1 Targets
To eat at least 3 fruit and veg each day
To do at least a total of 70 mins exercise


Small steps. I would like to do some time on my wii fit, some time on my treadmill and spend some time doing my Carmen Electra DVD, but that might put me off a little so we'll see how I feel each day.

In other news

The house sort is almost over. Its taken ages to get sorted. My bf has been moving in slowly since Feb, I say this as he came over in Fab and hasnt left yet so I guess he's moving in. His PC and stuff have been here a couple of months and his DVD's and some furniture came over this week. This is GREAT but also a little scary. So, we have had a shift round to make room for him properly. The 'stuff room' has been emptied and turned into a gym with room for LARP kit. What was my spare bed room has been emptied and turned into a walk in wardrobe (How amazing is that? His idea too!! My BF rocks) which has taken some doing. The bedroom has been emptied and a corner prepared to be a reading corner, just the shelves to put up. I love it, or will when it is finished, but am so sick of lugging stuff around and cleaning and finding places for things to live.
