Finally got back on the treadmill 45 minutes and did some light lifting , the meal plan and fueling went well today , water plays a big part in staying on your plan . I have lost all cravings on this plan , I am tired of only cheating myself and with the loss Of 29 pounds and counting , I am not going to fail this time because OPTIVIA WORKS but only if you follow the plan .
