Broke through my plateau today with the loss I was expecting based on my intake. Have gone 10 days in a row now with calorie deficits and it appears to be working.

I think looking at some of the issues I've had up to this point has been beneficial and has allowed me to avoid some of the simple mistakes I was making. Avoiding restaurants and checking menus before I do go to them seems to help quite a bit.

This weekend will be the big test though. Hanging out with the guys for the whole weekend and the racetrack will be a big challenge. Eating too much at the track usually isn't an issue, but sitting in the sun and drinking beer will be. Will see how it goes with the low calorie beers.
