Have you thought of the possibility that could actually be too few calories? You are tall! When I first started here I was thinking I should do many 1200 or so. I was convinced by a couple wise souls here to eat more. The rational is that as you lose weight you actually need fewer calories to sustain your weight. I mean, I am sure you know thst, but it is one of the reasons gaining weight back so easily is a thing. We want to eat the amount we used to. At 190 I wasn't gaining weight, but if I ate that amount now, I would shoot right up.

Anyway, if you are eating 13 now, how much will you drop that later? I worked out quite a bit, but I went ahead and set my amount to 1700 per day. While losing 45 I did need to push it down to 1500 to continue losing. Sometimes there are other ways rather to help the scale move. I am a strong believer in calories in and calories out for me, but I have also found fasting or intermittent fasting to help me in my journey. Good luck, dear! 😁

Tall girl checking in here. I have to have carbs every day. Can't do the keto thing. I do lose weight fast but get weak. I try to keep it under 1600 calories and I've been losing every week (except one) for over 2 months. I'm probably going to have to "up" my calories, but went through a spell where I wasn't hungry. I'm listening to Melissatwa here. :)

Side note: made chapati today. Added cumin, turmeric, and red pepper flakes. My roomie thanks you...loves them. :)
