Diario de loosinisfun, 23 jul. 08

goooooooood morning everyone....day 415...today is hump day and im all humped out...lol...was busy yesterday morning...did my walk, my gym workouts and cut the grass an weed eated it all by noon...was tryin to beat the rain ...only problem...rain never came...lol...but had the rest of the day to kill....for anyone that has a pedometer and is lookin for a way to get more motivated.... Amryk showed me a site walker tracker .... you can add your steps from your pedometer in it each day or however often you wear it... (my twin) Amryk ...lol...told me about the site yesterday...naturally i had to join an try it out...a place i can add my steps in each day an see how many steps im doing...that way when its time to get another pair of shoes, cause theres little rubber left on the soles and or heals, il know why...lol...i do notice i do wear my shoes out faster then i once did...but i have 2 newer pairs sittin in closet when this pair finally bites the dust...one pair of new balance, and one pair of ecco ....or somethin like that...both pair fit and are comfy but gonna wait and wear them when winter sets in...my pair im wearing right now, should be leakin water by then...lol..well .... i need to get up an moving...so catch you all alittle later...hope everyone is doing great and have a great day!!!!

addon...got my walk/gym workout over with...and even got one of the stores done for another week...i really didnt want to do any workouts today...was tired from yesterdays workout/yard care...but once i got up an plugged in...my feet was doing ther thing once agian...right now im about 6000 steps behind yesterdays finally number..i did 16,967 steps yesterday...but today my shoes an feet will get some rest...lol...so just have to wait an see what i end up with at the end of the day....

4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
5. I AM FIRST!!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
7. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
8. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
9. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
10. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
11. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
12. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!

I don't usually work out with Music - but listen to the news or TV. I thought of you last night because my daughter had her IPOD downstairs by the elipitcal and after 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to use it (I hate it when the IPOD is smarter than me!) I got it going ...it sure made the time go by faster and I even went a little longer to finish the song =) I should have been listening to you all along! Have a great day ........

just came in from my morning walk ...7690 on steps so far...as for the music...id be lost if i didnt have somethin to listen to when i walk or do a workout...seems like music or anthing playin in my ears just keeps my mind occupied and my walk/workout seems to go by quicker....

yeah... If I don't have music going, filling up that void between my ears, my mind starts to wander to places I'd rather not go. I start thinking about problems, emotions etc and my workout loses it's intensity.... Personally, I listen to praise & worship music while I'm working out and it really keeps me upbeat and motivated!!

I listen to music I've downloaded onto the computer and watch Ellen at the same time!! I need both when I'm on the elliptical :P

Music really helps me keep up the pace when I'm on the treadmill! I definitely slow down if I don't have music!

A great way to add variety and challenge to your workouts and activity, counting steps. Break out the new shoes and rotate them! This way you will avoid injury!
