Diario de loosinisfun, 24 jul. 08

day 416...goooooood morning fs buddies!!!!...woke up at 330 am today...dont kno why...guess i had enough sleep and im ready to get my day started...its only 61 outside again this morning...and chances of rain today thru sunday...so far we havent gotten any rain...and we do need a shower....grass is going from green to brown...got my workouts over with yesterday and got some sun yestrday morning..was so nice out with a breeze...a really nice day...not to sure whats in store for today...i entered a 84k stepper competition over on walkertracker ...but only got 11,201 steps in yesterday...so need to up my steps today, to keep ahead of an everyday average...i was lookin thru some of the walkers on the site..some of them have like 30,000 steps a day or more...like wow....tired feet for sure...poor shoes!!!!....lol...well ...need to get up an movin once again...my eyes are actually starting to open for the day...so....hope your all doing great today....keep that body moving...catch you alittle later in the morning!!!!!

addon...just got bck from my walk...was thinkin while i was walkin...guess my music wasnt keepin my mind busy enough...lol...was thinkin if i did 2 morning walks, would be gettin more steps in then when i do to the gym...right now just a thought...there are just times when i go to the gym i dont feel llike im gettin enough exercise even though i work up a great sweat...o well...gonna take a break and then decide if its another walk or in the suv and to the gym for a workout...catch you all later...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
5. I AM FIRST!!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
7. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
8. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
9. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
10. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
11. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
12. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!

You are sure an early riser! I get up early but am only interested in walking to the coffee pot. Though you have got me to thinking about up what I doing each day---my arthritis prevents me from doing some things but I trying to find something besides the water walking, swimming or water aerobics. You keep on stepping!!!!

Wow!! You're doing great!! 10,000 steps burns over 500 cal!! When you're hitting the bigger numbers over 10,000 it's an extra 200 for every 2000 steps!! Keep up the excellent work!! PS- Our neighbors have lost tons of weight by walking around our town a couple of miles a day. Walking is best :) I think it was YOU who told me that :P Maybe I'll get off the elliptical put on my pedometer and take a walk!!!!

well i got my morning walk over with, then instead of going to the gym i did the same route, just in the opposite direction...so i have over 15,000 steps right now and its only 8am....o boy...will be a good day for steps today...lol

I made a mistake!! You burn 100 calories every 2000 steps!! Duh :P 15,000 at 8:30 am?!?!?! Awesome job!! Will you post how many steps you're at by the end of the day? I'm very curious :)

sure il post my steps at the end of the day...but right now im guessin its gonna be about 16,000 or alittle past that...as its rainin here and my legs are tired..lol...
