Diario de loosinisfun, 26 jul. 08

gooooood saturday morning everyone!!!!...day 418......as im wakin up im thinkin about why i quit the cardio gym workouts i was getting and decided to just do walks...i guess i quit the gym as i was just gettin tired of going to the gym ...some days i had to drag myslf ther to get my workout in...and with the walking...its like a new challange to me that i look forward to doing when i get up...sure i was walking before and i enjoyed doing that morning walk, but now since i joined the walkertracker site...its like a new drive inside me to beat yesterdays steps...and i kno ther will be some days i just dont beat the day befores...but it doesnt matter as long as i get my walking in...and by takin time off from the gym mabye in 6 months or who knows how long...when i do go back...then it will be a different workout for me...and i will look forward to going....to me exercise is something that you have to keep enjoyable...or its not fun anymore...and i have to keep it fun, or it will be harder to do ....and thats how i see it...well i need to get up an moving...want to get a walk in today...i like to get mine over with before most as i enjoy the rest of the day that way...so hope everyone has a greattttttt day...keep on moving....

addon....just got home from my morning walks...so far today 13961...was gonna take today off an rest up...but ended up walkin first walk...an although i was alittle sore, the first walk workd that out...so ended up going for the second walk...

well done! I agree with you, we do need to keep changing our workouts so that we don't get bored. Our city has walking trails and bike trails, we even have a mountain not 45 mins away. I like walking so I think I will try some of these different trails just keep from getting bored. I'm thinking that having a bike would be fun. Oops! gotta get to work. see ya.

I have found the same thing and this summer have been trying to get in at least 2 hours of walking a day and skip the gym. I am still doing some weights, sit-ups and stairs. Keep up the awesome job!

i just went out an picked my first red mini tomato off my plants tonight...it was mmmmmmmm good...
