had a good night I'm to the point were i have to make myself eat not hungry any more, it's so much easier to eat now you can eat more healthier if your not so hungry. no if i can only get my husband to do this with me we would be in good shape. He likes his Carb, he likes Mac and cheese and bread and potatoes he could live on them, so i'm just going to keep fixing my stuff and have everyone eat it. I'm having problems with my leg i think that's why i can't sleep i took a sleep aid last night and it didn't help i was up all night because of my leg i think my hip is out and sending pain down my leg i'm going to have to try and get it fixed.
