day 424...HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!!!!!...im waking up sooner then yesterday...today starts my first day to like 4 different walking challanges...the hardest one being a million steps in 3 months...but im ready to get my new shoes on and get 2 morning walks in...not sure if i will wear my new shoes both walks or not...depends on how bad they are breakin in my feet after the first walk...i have had them on for last 2 days, but not sure if they are stretched out enough yet...and im ready to find out today...weather man says its gonna be really bad here this weekend with the heat an humidity, so hopefully i will get my morning walks in before it gets to hot outside....i am ready for cooler weather...at least when its cooler out i can do an afternoon walk...im gettin ready to start new challanges and my body is ready for a break...so not sure if im takin tomow off an sunday or not...i kno my body needs the break...just hard to stop when you enjoy doing the workouts...i was out lookin at my tomatoe plants last night....was thinkin i should have put out 2 cherry plants an 2 regular plants...instead of one cherry an 2 reg plants...o well after this year will learn for next...but planting them in 5 gallon buckets is the way to go when you dont want to dig up the lawn....well...i need to get up an moving again....so hope you all have a great day...o by the way i want you all to meet patch...a friend that i met on walkertracker...i was tellin him about fs and how friendly and supportive you all were...catch you all later...

4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
15. TRY AND ADD MORE STEPS ON EACH DAY, WHEN YOU DO YOUR 2 MORNING WALKS !!!!

i agree with you 100 percent cobra fan...you can do!!!!!...just takes the motivation and consistency day in an day out...the magic that is inside each person is the secret to it all....
