Diario de Spina, 02 ago. 08

I love challenges! I'm so happy fatsecret started doing those.
So today is day one. I really hurt my knees yesterday at work when I slipped because the floor was soaked and landed on both kneecaps, so I was reallt afraid that I wouldn't be able to do much of a workout, but I did anyways and it didn't really hurt. There aren't any bruises and that kind of worries me, but if the pain doesn't subside by tomorrow, I'll check it out on Monday. After my workout, I went to the pharmacie to get my prescriptions for iron and prozac filled. I'm so scared about the prozac. I hope it helps and doesn't alter my personality that much. I don't think I'll start it now though. I still have an entire bottle of diet pills that would not agree with the antidepressant. But I started the iron this morning. I have to take one pill twice a day for about 4-8 months and somewhere between the 4 to 6 months into it I have to go for another blood test. I can't wait to get my energy back up, I hate feeling like a zombie all the time.
