I had a moment of weakness this afternoon. I had some chocolate ice cream. But that's ok, cuz my calorie intake actually is down from yesterday. by 450!!!!! besides, tomorrow is another day. Maybe I'll be more able to say no to sweets. It's definately tougher than I thought it would be!!! I actually quit drinking sodas twice before, so that really cut down on the sugar. but it's proving more of a challenge than ever third time around! But I'm strong. I know I can do it, among other things. This is going to be a long road, but it will be a road leading to success. So it's WORTH IT!!! I already feel better about myself and it's only my second day!

well, i decided to write one more thing today. i think this is the last one... :) I changed my diet type to my own because i think that there is really no diet out there that is perfect for some random person. everyone knows their own limits and i have something in mind that i'm sure will work for me. worst comes to worst, i can always give in and follow something else. right now, i'm in the process of finding what works for me and my own needs.

Mmmm - I like chocolate ice cream, too. I keep weight watchers fudge bars, or healthy choice fudge bars in my freezer. They are only about 100 calories, but still feel like a splurge! Great job getting the calories down!
