Wow, bad weekend, but lost 2 lbs for the week so not too bad. Did a long bike ride on Saturday which I'm sure helped. It would be nice to get through a weekend without going way over, but as long as I'm making up for it during the week and getting some exercise in, I suppose that will work.
For meals I think I did quite well but those darned chips and beer still get me every time. Didn't do to bad with the beer yesterday but ate a ton of chips, and didn't need that second burger for dinner either. Not having a real lunch probably offset some of the snacking though if I'd had lunch, maybe I wouldn't have gone overboard on the snacks.
Gotta keep planning this stuff. If I have a plan, it's so much easier than trying to wing it as it happens. Will keep that in mind for the next fun weekend.
