I have been off of here a few days. I had an appointment tonight - that was canceled after I got there. I will try to go swimming tomorrow. Friday I am going to the dentist, three bottom teeth will need to get fixed for capping and a bridge too between two of those teeth will be put in too. Also, I need two top teeth done later. The weather is nice. My books are going well, I found two books that will greatly help the realistic part of my shortest book, by summertime or maybe summer's end I will be sending all three first books out to literary agents again. The books are good, and I am happy how they turned out. I am not doing low carb yet. I am sure I will lose a bit of weight in the coming months, I am hoping for twenty pounds loss by year's end and the key to do it is move more and exercise as much as I can with the arthritis I have...
