I have a question about flexibility, which I've asked previously on here. I've been seeing ads for Hyperbolic Flexibility, and was wondering if anyone on here has ever used the program. One area where I need work is in my stretching, and while the program looks intriguing, there aren't really many reviews of it online. Any insights anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Dude's got hyperbolic advertising, that's for sure. Kelly Starret (Supple Leopard) and Yoga for BJJ both offer athlete tested, sport specific flexibility training for men for free on youtube. That said, if you can do a full split 2 weeks from know, please let me know!

Will do! I've never been able to do full splits, but I would like to regain some of the flexibility I had in my youth.
