well It has been 16 weeks since I started my life change. They haven't been all good days but I will keep trying. Since I have started FS I have lost 26.4 but since I have started my new life change I have lost 36.6 could be better but I am happy with it. I am in this for life and I didn't get this way over night so I won't lose it all over night either. but I am happy with where I am headed. thanks for all the suport... hope you all have a great night..

That's a great start, losing 36 lbs since you made that lifestyle change decision. So whatever you're doing keep it up cause its working.

Everyone starts somewhere and it's a Journey that will change you for the better I believe. :) I'm on a similar Journey and already feel the changes in myself. Your doing a wonderful job, keep up the good work. :D
