Happy Friday everyone - it is an amazing day. I had a great night in the Gym moving into some new personal highs. I am running 4 miles for cardio and I moved into doing 220# on the rows and doing 200# on the bench. This is pretty amazing as it has been decades since I was lifting at this level. I also got to 320# on the squats this week. It is amazing how by simply changing my diet and the WoE would result in such a dramatic change in my overall strength and endurance. I am truly blessed to have these opportunities. I had dinner last night early as I had fasting labs this morning. I made a BBQ pork loin stuffed with Hot Italian Sausage, Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, I served it with roasted acorn squash. My food is not boring and I am not deprived in any way. All it takes is setting goals and working to achieve them - up and down, thick and thin...hard work does pay off. I hope you all have a great weekend pursuing your dreams and meeting your goals.
