I kept to the program and voila! I LOST the weight I put on overnight from my mom's Birthday. I am a happy girl today:)

I walked all over town with my little girl yesterday and it was great because I actually got to spend some alone, one-on-one time with her. She has been pretty lonely lately because her big brother and sister are in Edmonton right now with their dad. She gets to see her daddy every day (Angelina has a different daddy who lives in the same community as I do), so she is pretty lucky. But since my two older children's dad lives a province away, they have to spend half their summers with him as well as half of every other holiday season like Christmas and Easter/spring break.

I truly miss them as well and yet, I am managing without them. They are my every day inspiration and I am truly enjoying the time I do have with Angelina. She appreciates her mommy doing things with her too. She was so good during the walk/bike ride that I took her for an ice cream afterwards. The little thing is 6 years old and weighs only a mere 36 pounds, so I figured that one of us in that scenario deserved some ice cream! LOL!

Today, I will continue to work hard towards my goal with exercise and fitness and we will see where the scale ends up:)
