So I've set myself the task of losing say 5kg and then up to 10 kg. I've always been big (ever since puberty) and have never got down lower than 77kg - currently at 86 kg.

You know the hardest thing is finding something else that makes me feel as good as eating does! It is quite a challenge ....when it was always so easy to grab some comfort food.......

I've been on a low-cal diet (Healthy Eating Plan!) now for 3 weeks today - and lost 3kg in the first week, put on 200g in the 2nd week and lost 200 g in 3rd week - so I guess an av. of 1kg a week is pretty good.

It is a hard time of year to start ... with all the summer festivities....but I'm still determined.
