goooooood friday morning..back from an 8 mile morning bike ride...in the 60s this morning...cooler temps for a few days and then..not really sure what the weather is..came home put bike up an went for a short morning walk, just wasnt ready to quit yet...did alittle over 1.5 miles..not all that far but enough to cool down after my bike ride...legs always feel so funny after gettin off the bike an then walking a few steps...didnt drink enough water yesterday an the scales are showing me what happens..so...todays plan is more water..less carbs...simple fix...ate alot of carbs yesterday as well...was tired and didnt care what i ate...that happens..todays a new day and better choices...well have a greatttttttt one...
