Diario de leahsong, 19 oct. 07

Well here it is, Friday morning. I had cheerio's w/o the sugar mounding on top this morning, and I will be attempting the day w/o a glass of coke. I can't really follow any specific diet yet since i'm still pregnant, hopefully I can just make a few healthier choices and move more. It's been rough since I haven't had a job(due to it moving to Mexico). I'm not in the shape I used to be in. And being pregnant at 35 has been harder on me. I really hope that by trying to get focused now, I will be able to jump into some sort of diet and excersize program as soon as the baby comes. I have no clue what kind of diet to try though. Any suggestions would be very helpful!
