happy labor day everyone...changed my workout today ..got up at 430 am an got ready ...had decided to do a morning walk..so did a 2.5 mile walk then came home an got on the bike and did a morning ride...did a 5 mile morning bike ride...change of pace an also a different workout for a change...tryin to get back in the habit of doing morning walks, since i kno that sooner or later the winter months will be here an i will have to put the bike up and just do morning walks, less i get on the stationary bike to keep in practice of riding...drank lots of water yesterday to get the weight back down once again...to much salt last friday or saturday and not enough water made the weight go up a few pounds that i knew would come bck down with the right focus once again...hoping by tomow i can weigh in an show the effort...have a great one...
