stationary bicycle/moving arms.. 52mins... 10+miles...1012cal
afternoon walk......no afternoon walk


calories ate so far......880
calories burned..........1510

suppers over...thats it....

well thanks to everyone...im just tryin to do the same thing everyone else is doing..im tryin my best to drop off the flab that i have been collectin for several years...and change my lifestyle to a healther one...
