I got a call from my sister the other night and long story short she had brain surgery, removing a tumor off her Pituitary Gland this morning. They got the whole thing without clipping her optical nerve it seems successful. She can't talk yet but her boyfriend called me to let me know she was ok. (She's in TX and I'm in WA). It's really hard being away from her during this trying time!
I also went and worked out with my personal trainer tonight... I've decided he's a Masochist and just likes to hurt me! UGH I'm sore already and it's only been a few hours since working out LOL! I'm staying with it though... going to my appt Friday with my training manager to measure and weigh.

Best wishes to your sister, my own sister now in surgery, gall bladder removal, she only txted me last nite, to tell me, she lives aways from me but is having the op near me. Would love a personal trainer, stick to it and get those muscles strenghtened,

Check you out! 4900 calories burned yesterday! You MUST be in pain! LOL. Sounds like you have a trainer that likes to challenge you. At least you know you are getting your time and money's worth when you go see him. You are quite the trooper though! Praying for your sister's speedy recovery. Even though you cannot be there, it is probably comforting to know she is in safe hands with good doctors and her loving boyfriend. Have a good day, dear friend.

Wow you are doing so well. Keeps me inspired to read posts from people doing so well with this WOE. I don't think I could handle a personal trainer. Right now I am ready to throttle Jillian Michaels :)

Praying for your sister, Myree! Man I am not sure how the heck you are buring so may calories, but I am impressed. I can't afford a personal trainer and it sounds like I should probably be glad!!! lol Keep up the great work, Myree. You are rockin'!
