After an injury, a hospitalization, and a high stress job, I'm finally back on my grind. My goal is to lose 40 pounds. I previously lost 117 pounds between my 25th and 26th birthday. I've since gained a chunk back. My diet has been decent this week- high protein and low carb- capping at 1900 calories. Here we go!
