If I don't come back, know that I died doing what I love- eating pancakes 😂😂😂 

can i get the ingredient etc for the healthy pancakes?? i dont have a clue on how to make them other than the mixes in bottles lol  

Sure! I found online after a lot of searching lol 4 medium eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla 250ml coconut cream 50g coconut flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 4 tablespoons sweeter (I used 3 of xylitol) Whisk the eggs, vanilla, and coconut cream until smooth. Add the coconut flour, baking powder, and sweeter and mix until smooth. Leave for 5 minutes or so (apparently it's important for the coconut flour to have a few minutes lol) then put a large spoonful in a pan over a medium/low heat (I didn't use any oil but the recipe said to use coconut oil) They're more like American pancakes, should be about 3 or 4 cm across, so wait until you see bubbles forming on top and then flip. They're kinda soft, so use a really thin spatula to get under them.

How did tbe pancakes turn out? The ingredients sound good!  

They were stunning. A little bit sweet but not overpoweringly sweet, went really well with the strawberry jam 😄
