Woo-Hoo - I've no idea if the scales have moved from when I was moaning a couple of journal entries ago......but........husband just said i look like I've definitely lost weight......and my trousers do actually feel looser!
So.......yes you're all right.....the scales only tell half the story. So I'm feeling quite smug now......haha.
