Yesterday was the first day of the rest of my life. I started my new journey on becoming healthy yesterday and did a great job of it. I watched portion controls and resisted to eat past 6 pm. I wanted to sit and snack and watch TV, but I didn't. What I did do was grab me a glass of ice water and drink it and crunch on the ice. It tricked my brain into thinking I was eating something fattening because I was crunching..lol :)
