Im crying tears of Joy,😭😭 my personal best. In the next 2 months or so I will be running under 4hrs. Wow When I was 100kgs I never thought I would be a runner😀😀 I am improving very fast, 09 November 2019 I ran a PB of 4H25.💃💃💃

By the time you do the comrades, you are going to be 55kgs lol I know with all the training the fat just melts off. Well done on your personal best💖 it must feel awesome 👏🏼

Wow, well done, do you have any tips in regards to the right way to run. I have been running as part of our gym workout but a year later I am still struggling to run 1.2km. Are there certain things I have to be aware of such as breathing or timing
