Diario de loosinisfun, 12 sep. 10

gooooooood sunday morning everyone...moved my exercise routine back to 630am...so much easier to get outta bed an be in the mood to get er done...with the seasons changing, stays dark till at least 6am..so...makes it harder to get up an going in the morning...so this morning after deciding that would work out better for me... checked the temps outside...weather channel said in the 50s so got alittle more on then i needed, had planned on going for a walk, but instead walked about 100 foot turned around came back home got on the bike an rode for a morning bike ride...was glad i had all them clothes on...just a tad breezy...but felt so good after my morning ride...i keep wanting to add another exercise routine on later aroound noon...but that will just be a walk...streets are to busy with everyone out tryin to eat lunch an get back to school or work...well...need to do a few other things...hope everyone has a greattttttttt day...
