day 145..goooooood morning...felt great to go for my morning walk..was just gonna do 2 miles, but when i got to the place i turn to do tht, i felt like i could do the usual 2.5...so i did...my knee still isnt right, but mabye the kinks will work out today...

2.5 mile walk........ 501 cal

stationary bike......3 sets of 8min fast as i could peddle...last 12 minutes was peddle to finish the program..lol...36 min...701 cal.

different elliptical so i would sweat more
elliptical...........15min....242 cal.

afternoon walk.......332cal

calories ate................1137
calories burned total ......1776
