So I joined a challenge today. I was not going to but....I need to do something more to focus. I figure if I commit to the others in teh group I will do it! I read this challenge 3 times in the last day and a half and I was shying away from exercising twice a week. But I do go to yoga on Thursdays so all I have to do (at a minimu of course) is add a long walk somewhere in my busy week. I SHOULD be able to do that.
The first week will be easy. I have friend coming over on Monday (Labor day) to practice some fencing and I have yoga on Thursday.
After that I will have to work it around my MK appointments.
My weight is already trending down. I am doing well my first week, I just have to keep the ride going :)
