FBS 98 !! First time below 100-something. Weight the same for several days but I ate a pint of ice cream last evening. My first big dessert; I don't really have a problem avoiding high-sugar things for the most part. Refined carbs are a lot easier for me to ditch than the grain-based foods (bread is more tempting to me than pie usually) and fruits. I over-do fruits to the exclusion of vegetables historically, so am trying to adjust and reverse that.
