Feeling great this morning - got up and started moving. I am committed to exercising first thing in the morning and today is the first day in a month. I only loss 5 pounds last month - I guess it is better than nothing but not what I need to reach my goal. I am ready to get this finished so here is to the first day to a renewed habit!
