Diario de eliibonzi, 17 mar. 20

I'm under a lot of stress these days for the coronavirus and I keep eating nonstop. My family and friends live in Italy, I’m an exchange student here in the US but all my loved ones are there fighting against this virus. My city is the most affected of the country and I'm very worried, what can be an advice not to ruin all the things I’m trying to do to get back in shape? Quarantine doesn't help😩

I have found that staying in God’s word brings comfort...focus in Him and how good He is... pray thanking Him for all blessings and ask Him to comfort and heal those that are sick... God bless you and your family in Italy...praying!!

I'm so sorry to hear. I was teaching in South Korea during black lives matter and the protests in new York. I was scared for my friends and family on police and in the streets. it seemed much worse where I was because I wasn't there to feel the truth. I wanted to be there so bad. It's that feeling of wanting to be home in hard times for others and for you. thank goodness there's Skype. I found journaling, cooking a big meal, gardening, and meditating helped me. and watching movies that took my mind off, like a horror movie.

so sorry... sending prayers and good vibes. try using Calm app just to help reset you thinking in am and pm. it helps me in stressful situations. for workouts... just stay consistent. you got this!!
