Well I found out that the cranberry water is really hard on my stomach. I have been adding it to my smoothies and drinking it a bit during the day but not to the degree we are suggested. I also modified the diet a bit and closely watch my calories.

I played my first tennis in weeks and now the calorie restrictions are going to be tougher to determine since I burned 2000 calories this morning in 3 sets alone. If I were to stick to the 1100 calorie range I would be REALLY hungry and lacking fuel.

The only thing about dieting that really bugs me is that you can weigh less and if you aren't maintaining your muscle mass.....it really is not a positive thing at all! SO ANNOYING!

Jasmine... seems like you were starting over on phase 1. You are probably detoxing if you are having tummy issues with the cranwater. As far as exercise and the phase 1 of the plan...20 mins of walking a day is what is suggested as yes, there aren't enough carlories to sustain the amount of working out you are doing. You may want to cut back on tennis until you get to phase 2 (that is what I did and then went back at it for summer women's league. You can then add up to 12 oz of protein a day if you are exercising a lot on phase 2. Good luck!

Thanks for the input!! I always have a hard time with any diet plan once I add in my regular sporting activities. I tinker with the calories until I find the right balance! I'm so sore I don't have to worry about it until the end of the week! lol!
