Day 89

So today I went through and re-calculated my DRI. I read somewhere that after you lose more than 10% of your total weight, you need to check your caloric needs. With the weight I'm at now, my DRI is at 1700 for moderate weight loss vs the 2100 I was told 30 lbs ago! Good to know!

Did my pilates last night followed by a 30 min swim. I feel tired, especially in my back muscles. I'd forgotten what swimming does to them@
