I'm back where I was a week ago. I suppose that's better than gaining, but I'm impatient to be making more progress.
Need to do a better job of having food ready to go for the day/week. And stop going out to lunch! It's good that I've been selecting the healthiest thing on the menu, but those giant salads really aren't that good for me once all the junk they add is factored in.
Ran out of the bran cereal that I've been having so I tried the Triscuits today. Similar calories and fiber but more fat. Will add some protein to offset that a bit. Will see if that keeps me satisfied longer than the high fiber carbs I have been eating.
Maybe I'm getting bored with what I've been eating. Will try mixing it up a bit and review what was working well so far.
