I am tracking! And, I am walking! But, it has been hard! It is a very big push! Having trouble getting one thing done, then the other! It is a start back on it! I wish I do not have to be sick to loose weight! I wish I can learn to do it the right way, and being healthy! And, staying healthy! Winter was because I was real sick! I am trying to learn metabolism, the real hard way! Life has taught me some real harsh lessons with it! The other problems I have don't help it either! But, I am trying to stay positive! And, trying to take it, one day at a time!
