Still not back on track as far as feeling better. Food seems doesn't seem appealing right now. But I am trying to eat some. I am joining the water challeng which will be an huge chcallenge for me. Drinking 8 glasses of water. don't know why it is hard, I don't really drink anything else, but I am going to try my hardest to see what a difference it truly makes.
