Well I really went off the rails for about a week. Suppers out and family camp were my big temptations. I am still at my last recorded weight but went up a bit there. I have been learning though as I tracked what I ate for a few wild meals. A full days calories for a dairy queen indulgence Now groceries are needed or i will lose my inspiration.
