LOL...hang in there, you are doing great and your cheat, was a good cheat...so you are still doing great! I actually learned that if you have a craving for something you are better off to just eat a VERY SMALL portion of it then to deprive yourself, because if you don't give in you may blow it completely! But you are doing fantastic and have nothing to worry about!
