I finally am getting a chance to write. I had mom's bible study this morning. Ate one small blueberry muffin, but that was my breakfast. How many points would that be? I am guessing 3 points. My weight is steady and doing okay today. Not really desiring anything. I wore my new size 14 jeans, which I had since July waiting to fit into them. I got a new shirt from JC Penney. So, I feel thinner today, which is always good cuz it makes me continue on this WW diet and healthy life style. I find that if I wear clothes that I could not fit into before, it is always a big boost to me. Also, if I have something I want to fit into, I make it habit to try them on to see how close I am to fitting into them without them being tight. That is a motivation if I am seeing that I am getting closer. I am talking a lot today. I think I want to lose weight faster at times, but I know that weight loss is a weekly baby step. That is kind of hard to take when you feel that you are working so hard, eating so right, excercising, etc. Okay, Okay, Okay, enough. Look at my chart, I can do it.
