my weight was really up this morning, I guess being stuck at home has finally caught up with me. I've heard some of you talking about fasting, just curious what your doing and if I'd you are seeing weight loss results. let me know what is working. Thanks

I do OMAD and keto I fast for 23 hours and eat a keto meal. carbs under 20. lots of protein and healthy fats. I started this in March because regular keto wasn't working for me. since March I have list around 15 pounds just experiment and find what works for you. everybody is different 😎

Debkerr, that sounds amazing, don't know if I could survive on one meal a day, are you not hungry because your keeping your carbs low. I think I'd be ripping everyone stuck here with me s' head off!😅

That is part of it the low carbs. But the weight loss keeps me motivated

I hear you. With the staying at home, Easter and the candy, I slipped off the wagon too. But the good thing is we can get right back on it. :)

I do a 16:8 IF. But if I get really hungry, I eat before the 16 is over. When I eat, like Kenna said it is with portion control and moderation. Everybody is different.
