I know exactly how you feel. I have gained only 3 but if I don’t get my willpower back I’m gonna gain more. Added two bottles of water back in today which I had quit drinking. Measured all my food today. I just get tired of the constant struggle. But I do not want to gain the 40 lbs back.

September is also when I fell off the wagon. Now I've gained about 22lbs since then and since I am only 5' 1" and have terrible bones, that's about 3 or 4 sizes. My muscle tone is mostly gone. I still do IF 16/8 and have given up sweets a week ago or so. My heart is with you. I'll pray for both of us!

Hunny it happens I’ve gained 5 pounds since it’s locked down and it’s because I’m not eating the stuff I’m supposed to actually I’m eating junk food at night time that’s the honest truth don’t beat yourself up just get back on the wagon and do the best you can today
