Well I think I write in this journal to track my progress. Its Wednesday and I weigh in again tonight. Afterward, I do my high intensity aqua aerobics class. I hope the original instructor Sue is back tonight. I did it Monday night too. I did it last Wed after my wiegh in and I really kicked my butt. I cant believe I can sweat in the water. haha. Yesterday I moved my lap swimming to the actual lap swim pool. It was much colder, but I felt like I had to keep going, so it got warm fast. I didnt think I was ever going to go to the actual fitness pool, and get out of the casual pool. I like them both. I feel like my level of fitness is changing. I dont think I am going to do the old lady class in the morning anymore. I dont think it even gets my heart rate up enough. I will miss all the ladies though. I did good this week, I realized that I wasnt eating enough. I am still counting my calories, and staying under 1200 everyday. Its actually not that hard to do. I did alot of house and yard work this week, more than the past 5 years. I worked out 5 days this week. I should have a decent loss tonight. I am taking this one day at a time. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!
